5 Weeks

Sweet little Adeline looks a lot like Lilia in this picture. She had her 4 week check up this week and weighs 9lb 10 oz. Go girl!

Christmas 2011

Xmas in NC was great this year. We totaled 17 -18 people and had a blast. Lots of good food, games, music, and family fun.

Sarah and Kris ca,e a day early for their Christmas visit. They came with us to check out a house in Carrboro.

Adeline's First Bottle O' Mama Milk

We waited too long to give Lilia a bottle and she had problems taking it. This time around we decided to start a little earlier. She took it like a champ. Sami said he enjoyed breastfeeding. It's funny this time around- with Bean I REALLY did not want to give her a bottle. It felt like I was abandoning her and cheating her out of the boob. This time I feel like...bring on the bottle, the vino, and the freedom!!!

A Visit With Santa

We visited Santa yesterday. Although Lilia talked about him, what she wanted for xmas, and him visiting her the whole drive there-of course, she was mute when she sat on his lap. The stupid mall photographer gave us this silly picture of her looking a little crazy. After whitnessing a small child sneezing in Santa's face, we decided to keep Adeline in the Moby wrap and steer clear of this germy Santa. :)

Lilia wanted to be swaddled like Adeline. We sometimes have 2 babies at this house.

A little owl Lala made for Adeline...strippy owly and Bean are twins.
This "baby" weighs a little more than the other.

Sorry for the big delay on pictures. Of course, my computer died 2 days after birth. So, now we have a new Mac and I had to take some time to learn how to use it and re-load all my software. So, here we go...a few pics of the last 10 days.
